By registering or using the service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • Registration information must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activity under your account.
  • Accounts may not be shared with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or discriminatory.
  • Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes.
  • Intentionally disrupt or damage the system.
  • Collect other users' data without authorization.

4. Data Ownership

The genealogy data you enter is your property. MyTree does not use your personal data for commercial purposes.

You may export all your data at any time (Excel, PDF, GEDCOM, etc.).

5. Plans and Payments

  • The free plan has limited features and storage.
  • Paid plans are activated immediately upon successful payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

MyTree provides the service "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, but we commit to making every effort to maintain stable service.

We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
