MyTree uses a flexible plan transition policy — you never lose the unused portion of a plan you have already paid for when upgrading or switching plans.

How Upgrades Are Calculated

When you purchase a new plan while on an active plan:

• The system calculates the remaining days of your current plan.
• The monetary value of those remaining days is deducted directly from the price of the new plan.
• You only pay the difference.

Example

• You are on the Pro Plan at 365,000 ₫/year, with 180 days remaining (≈ 180,000 ₫).
• You want to upgrade to the Premium Plan at 730,000 ₫/year.
• You only pay: 730,000 − 180,000 = 550,000 ₫.

Direct Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds for purchased plans, except in the following cases:

• A serious technical error on our end causes the service to be unavailable for an extended period.
• Duplicate payment (charged twice for the same transaction).

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date.
